Who this helps
For a learner taking notes from a chapter or lesson. You write every note, question and summary; the tool supplies the blank structure.
Give each area a job
During reading, record ideas and examples on the right. Afterwards, put questions or key terms in the left cue column and the main point in your own words below. Cornell’s Learning Strategies Center describes a record, question, recite, reflect and review process; try it with this configurable page.
Budget the space
A4 with 12 mm margins gives 186 mm of drawing width. A 50 mm cue column leaves 136 mm for notes; a 45 mm summary leaves 228 mm above it. Only notes have 8 mm ruling. These are example dimensions, not a required official Cornell template.

Common questions
Must I fill the summary?
Use it as needed. Reduce Summary height if you need more notes space, then inspect the new divider.
Why is a wider cue column rejected?
Validation keeps at least 50 mm of notes width and 40 mm of notes height. Reduce cue width, summary or margins.
